Since this is an online business, we prefer online communication through our contact form and/or email. Are the prices listed a one-time fee? TOP
Yes, all prices listed are a one-time fee.
When will I receive my order? TOP
Orders are filled within 5-7 business days (M-F excluding holidays) from receipt of your order form. In most cases orders are filled in less time, depending on our current work load. Delays in submitting your order form, incomplete order forms or wrong passwords will delay your order! Providing complete info will allow us to process and customize your order as quickly as possible. If you need to complete an order form you may do so HERE.
I changed my mind about my purchase. Can I get a refund? TOP
We do not issue refunds for purchases when a customer has changed their mind.
I have my own logo. Can it be added to one of your designs? TOP
Absolutely! If you already have your own business logo, we will add it to any of our templates to replace the included logo design. There is no charge for doing this provided no alterations are required.
I like one of your designs, but prefer it in a different color. Can the color be changed? TOP
All of our designs, unless indicated otherwise, are ready made and sold as is. Color change availability will be determined on a case by case basis.
Do I get the layered .psd files with my purchase? TOP
No. All design graphics are to be used as delivered to you, so layered files are not included or available under any circumstance. Please review our complete Terms of Use policy.

No, this is a direct violation of our terms of use. This means you may not alter, add to or remove from our images. You have agreed to our Terms of Use prior to purchase, please respect our work.

Can I remove your credit link? TOP
I am sorry, but our credit link must remain intact. This serves as a way for us to offer affordable ready made designs. In addition, some items require links for photos or other items in your purchase. Please make sure they all remain intact to obied by all Terms of Use.

My web host is not in your supported host list. Can I still purchase a web site template from you? TOP
Yes, but please be aware we only offer installation services when one our supported web host is used. If you do not use one of our supported web host, you will receive a zip file of the images and html to install on your own.
If I do not use one of your host can I still buy a template? TOP
Yes, you are welcome to purchase a template for use on your site hosted elsewhere, however you would be responsible for installing the template into your own site.
Do you work with Pro Stores? TOP
I am sorry Pro Stores is not a web host we work with.
Do you work with ZenCart, OsCommerce, etc.? TOP
I am sorry, but at this time the only web host/content management systems we work with can be found in our list of Supported Web Host.
Who is responsible for adding content and products to my web site? TOP
You are responsible for adding all of the content and products to your site.
Ebay Templates
I have a Seller Sourcebook account. Do I still need an image host? TOP
No. Seller Sourcebook will serve as your image host. Your images will be uploaded directly to your account.
