• Once a product has been customized and delivered the order is complete. No changes may be made after this time
• No Refunds due to the nature of the service
• Family friendly sellers only, if it can't be viewed by a childs eyes we can not provide our services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service based on our own judgment.
• All material is Copyright Auction Add-Ons™. AAO maintains the copyright of all materials. Your purchase is a license to display our material, credit links intact.
• Nothing on this web site is public domain, this means all items must be purchased unless otherwise noted.
• We represent our products as fairly as we can. Final product may vary slightly based on ebay requirements. These changes may include but are not limited to font style, background and link decorations.
• Auction Add-Ons assumes no responsibility for claims of any type from use of our products or services.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Use the item for it's intended purpose. eBay store fronts are for use with eBay stores only. Web site Templates are for use as web site templates only. Logos & banner ads may be used for promotion at sites other then eBay.
• Auction Add-Ons™ copyright notice appears in the footer of each page and may not be removed, please give credit where credit is due.
• Our print goods are intended for upload to VistaPrint. We can not make any guarantees on home printing.

• Graphics & designs may not be modified or distributed by ANY means; either electronic or print. There are NO exceptions.
• You may not create your own images, banners etc. with our work.
• You may not use elements from our designs in your own images, banners etc.
• You may not alter or change the graphics or products purchased at AAO.
• You may not change the background on any templates purchased at AAO.
• You may not use ANY of the images purchased at AAO to build templates via the Make It Your Own Builder at SSB.
• You may not use any of our items on My Space.
• You may not resell any items purchased at AAO.

• Designs created by AAO may contain graphical elements that are our own original creation as well as royalty-free images that are licensed and/or permitted to be used by us with appropriate credit given to their creators.
• The conditions of these agreements are that the graphical elements are NOT allowed to be downloaded to any type of media, computer or server, may NOT be altered or modified in any manner, nor are they allowed to be distributed by any means, electronic or print, without explicit permission from the owner.

• AAO Easy Site Builder Credit Link MUST remain intact
• You may change your domain name up to 3 months after initial purchase for a fee of $35. After that time your license is locked to your domain name.
  
• Family friendly sellers only, if it can't be viewed by a child's eyes we can not provide our services.
• All material provided by AAO Easy Site Builder are presented with the belief they are in functioning order. However AAO will not guarantee functionality of any part of the system
• The customer agrees to hold AAO harmless in liability, expense, claims, fees and loss or damage. In no way will AAO be held liable for any use of the catalog by the user or other third parties.
• A $50 fee will be charged for re-installation of site builder should files become altered or deleted.
  
• AAO will not be held responsible for any file deletion or modifications made on the user or third parties behalf. Additional fees may be charged to re-install any changes.

• Persons found to be altering or using our code or other material will be sent a cease and desist letter.
• Persons will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• The auction site or web host where the offending materials have been posted will be contacted and request the auctions/ web site be closed and removed immediately.
